Our books are sold through Amazon. All purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges for books are subject to Amazon's Return & Refund Policy.

If you need assistance with a book order, please visit your Amazon account or contact Amazon Customer Service directly.

Print-on-Demand Mugs

All mugs are custom-made after your order is placed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Personal preference

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom print-on-demand mugs
• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate and help resolve the issue.
